Transform a number into a logo

START by typing "8" using a big font size.

 
Right click the layer and select "convert to shape".

Enable "subtract from shape area" at the top bar.

Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool.

Select both the paths using path selection tool. Then click over the "Combine" button.

 
Now select the upper node and move it as shown.

Similarly select the other node and move.

Select different nodes and move as shown in the image below.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Duplicate the layer. Remove the layer style.

Delete nodes as shown.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Type company name using a nice font.
